We submit the proposed name to the Company Registrar for name approval. The approval of the name may be obtained within 1 hour. However, it may take between 14 days to 2 months if the application is referred to other authorities for approval or review.
An approved company name will be reserved for 120 days from the date of the application, there is no further extension.
Step 2: Company Registration
Once the name has been approved, we will file incorporation documents with the Company Registrar. Incorporation confirmation can often be obtained within a few hours from the submission of all required documents.
